Each workout plan is uniquely customized to meet your specific needs and keep you motivated, whether you’re aiming to boost fitness or work on recovery. Summers offer the option of designing your training program in my heated, in-ground pool.
I offer both one-on-one and small group training sessions, available in-person or on Zoom. I've been a Certified Personal Trainer for more than 25 years. I love what I do and want you to succeed!
