Joint Effort Training Group Fitness

Group fitness classes provide the perfect blend of community support, expert guidance, and dynamic workouts to help you reach your goals. Each class is designed to be challenging, motivating, and suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level.


Sessions are 6-7 weeks making it easy to jump in, stay on track, or level up as you progress. You will be guided through each class, focusing on proper form, technique, and motivation to ensure you get the most out of every workout. 


Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early!

CO-ED WEIGHTS

TUESDAYS + THURSDAYS 5:15-6:15 PM

Experience all the benefits that strength training has to offer! Increase muscle strength, endurance and bone density by using free weights, exercise machines, and barbells.  Workouts are designed to meet your ability, so exercises can be modified for delicate backs, shoulders, knees, etc. 


First time participant? Please contact me below to set up a workout orientation. 

CARDIO STRENGTH INTERVAL TRAINING

TUESDAYS + THURSDAYS 6:15 - 7:15 pm


This class combines Cardio & Strength Intervals! This combination will keep the class intensity cranking but can be modified when needed. 


We will use free weights and body weight for strength training and jump ropes, plyometrics and cardio machines to push the cardio!

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

WEDNESDAYS + FRIDAYS 8:45 - 9:45 am


Experience all the benefits that strength training has to offer! Increase muscle strength, endurance and bone density by using free weights, exercise machines, and barbells. 


Workouts are designed to meet your ability, so exercises can be modified for delicate backs, shoulders, knees, etc. 


Please bring a MAT, towel and water to class.

Seasonal Specialty Classes

Alongside our standard group sessions, we offer seasonal specialty classes for those who want to mix things up! Keep an eye out for Winter Jetti Fit Walking, which is an excellent way to try something new, meet others, and stay active while adding a little variety to your routine.
