I love variety. As a former high school athlete, I played a different sport each session. I was not a runner and never found myself at a point where running was enjoyable, but your daily variety is perfect for me and makes the hour go by quickly. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the training, motivation and pushing that you have done to make me a stronger cyclist over this past year.  I felt so prepared at the Dempsey Challenge and I couldn’t have done it without you.  All of the rides we did, all of your positive energy – it all helped.  I never thought I could ride 100 miles, let alone do that course!  It has been so much fun training with you, Dick and Sharon.  I can’t wait to do it again!
