Ski Boot Camp

NEW Class: Ski-Boot Camp!  Monday Evenings  10/17 – 12/12   7:30 -8:30 pm   $81

Description: Get the best Body “Tune-Up” to be ready for the Bumps, Turns & cruising on your boards for this ski season.  Commit to this fiercely energetic class that will combine Power, Plyometrics, Core, Balance & Endurance Training.  The Quick reactive explosive movements are essential for developing the athleticism necessary for skiing &/or snowboarding.  Ski-Boot Camp is for anyone who wants to work hard and amplify energy & results.
