Here is a great way to get in your cardio and strength training in one total body workout! Doing interval training is one of the best ways to burn those calories.
Warm up on the bike, followed by some hill challenges, smooth flats, and intervals. Interspersed throughout the ride are strength bouts which keep your muscles firing from start to finish.
This class is also a great way to try cycling class and not have to be on the bike the whole time – happiness for your gluteus maximus!
