Beautiful place, so early in the morning and feel great (if a little sore and tired) when I get home. You were so right! Great group of people and a real "feel good" experience - so far.

I feel great, haven't felt this strong in my core ever. I am in better shape now than I was when I was running in college 20 years ago. I am more energized throughout the day and less stressed. I just beat my husband in a 10k for the first time in 10 years.

I love variety. As a former high school athlete, I played a different sport each session. I was not a runner and never found myself at a point where running was enjoyable, but your daily variety is perfect for me and makes the hour go by quickly. I feel better now and I thank both you and Lisa for helping!

I have to admit that I have never had so much head-to-toe pain - but it was all worth it. I am proud to say that I showed up every day and got through it. I found myself actually (almost) looking forward to it! I definitely have more energy.
