Challenge yourself mentally, physically & emotionally.

Kick your Fitness Up a Notch with this 20 day camp!

– Camp is designed for all levels but is not for the faint of heart! –

Why Boot Camp?

• Kick up your fitness, strength and endurance levels in a fun but very challenging group setting.

• High energy workouts that will move your entire body.

• Inventive, ever-changing, high intensity workouts that will challenge even the fittest of athletes and will allow everyone to build from current or non-existing fitness levels.

• Programs tailored to individual fitness levels, even in a group environment

• Incorporate cardio, core, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy. Exercises will hit several of these components at one time, allowing you to maximize your time spent at Boot Camp.

Kick It Boot Camp Mission Statement

The mission of Kick It Boot Camp is for each individual at camp to feel successful, confident, and empowered. We want you to gain a “mind over matter” attitude along with increased strength, stamina and overall improvements in all fitness components.

Envision It, Do It, Feel it, Become!!

Goal: Maximize benefits while minimizing time. With this Two-phase program utilizing minimal equipment, focusing on driving the metabolic rate, followed by a high-energy strength-speed phase.

Camp is a commitment of 5 days a week for 4 weeks!!

WHEN: May 16th – June 13th (No Class Memorial Day – June 13th instead)

TIME: Promptly at 5:30 am – 6:30 am

WHERE: Bug Light South Portland RAIN or SHINE!

COST: $250

Please call or email to schedule a fitness orientation on Monday, May 9th or Wednesday, May 11th between 5:30pm – 8:30pm. Afternoon appointments are available upon request.
