June Three Day Kick It Boot Camp

20 Day camp now in session - ends Monday June 14th and 3 day camp begins on Wednesday June 16th.

Camp runs M,W,F  5:30-6:30am RAIN or SHINE!

Dates of this camp are  June 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30,  & July 2nd.

Note:  First day of this 3-day camp starts on a Wednesday!

Please Bring:   Weights, mat, and a couple of waters.  Arrive 15 minutes early on your first day to fill out paper work.

Kick It Fitness Analysis Meeting

Sign up & then schedule your Fitness Analysis prior to Kick It Boot Camp.
The two days available for appointments are:

1.) Monday May 10th from 1:00 – 7:00pm
2.) Wednesday May 12th from 6:30-9:00pm

The Fitness Analysis takes about 30 minutes.
