Why Boot Camp?
• Kick up your fitness, strength and endurance levels in a fun but very challenging group setting.
•High energy workouts that will move your entire body.
•Inventive, ever-changing, high intensity workouts that will challenge even the fittest of athletes and will allow everyone to build from current or non-existing fitness levels.
• Programs tailored to individual fitness levels, even in a group environment
• Incorporate cardio, core, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy. Exercises will hit several of these components at one time, allowing you to maximize your time spent at Boot Camp.
Goal: Maximize benefits while minimizing time. With this Two-phase program utilizing minimal equipment, focusing on driving the metabolic rate, followed by a high-energy strength-speed phase.
Kick It Boot Camp Mission Statement
The mission of Kick It Boot Camp is for each individual at camp to feel successful, confident, and empowered. We want you to gain a “mind over matter” attitude along with increased strength, stamina and overall improvements in all fitness components.

Camp is a commitment of 5 days a week for 4 weeks!!
First time? Mandatory 30 minute orientations will be held May 7 & 9, 5-8pm. Reserve your time or inquire if alternate times are availabe with Susan at 939-2255. Fitness Testing will also be offered during these times for interested, returning participants.
