Susan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.  Studio training and/or In home training offered by appointment. Susan also teaches group fitness classes through Cape Elizabeth Community Services.

Mission Statement:

To help clients improve performance in sports, recreational workouts and daily life functions through challenging but fun workouts.  I also want to motivate clients to stay with a healthy way of life by increasing their awareness of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

This will be a Joint Effort with the client and me to create programs that will fulfill your needs and goals For A Stronger and Healthier You!

We started working out with Susan this past fall. What a turnaround for both of us! It’s been hard work, there’s no questions about that and sometimes we try hard to get out of it, but it’s been such an incredibly worthwhile experience. Both of us have gotten noticeably stronger, our endurance has expanded, and our mental health has probably greatly improved. It’s been so much fun (well, most of the time!) to have this mother-daughter experience — we make each other show up, even when one of us has to end up dragging the other in protest. We have to be accountable to each other. And we laugh a lot throughout the process which makes the time go by and the exercise doesn’t seem as daughting. Susan has an amazing knack for understanding our specific needs and individualizing our workouts even though we are doing them together. We’re so grateful for her making us work out and having it be such a good time!
